FAQ's

Many people call or email us daily and ask what are fees are or how we operate. Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions:

  • Buyers Premium- percentage that is added to the winning bid. It is charged by the auction house to cover administrative expenses. 10% cash or 15% credit card
  • Storage fees $5 per lot per day. Fees begin after items are not remove from facility by auction week Saturday at 4 pm. Yes we do charge fees for Sunday.
  • $5 per lot entry fee. 
  • Fee Schedule:
    $1-$600...............25%
    $601-$1500.........15%
    $1501-$8000.........9%
    $8001 and above...8%
  • Cleaning bucket is $5 if you come in and decide to clean your items in our warehouse while you are dropping off.
  • If your item does not sell, you will be contacted to return to our auction house and pick up your item.
  • RepoMax will provide complete accounting and settlement checks 14 business days after the auction.
  • Sorry, all of our bidding must be done online. We do not allow any bidders to physically be here to place bids.
  • We activate all of our bidders manually. Once you have submitted your initial request we are notified that you are trying to register. We then send you an email with our terms and conditions that you must reply to and verify that you understand them. Once we receive your email reply we will send you an activation email back with your bidder number. This is a 1-time process but obviously must be done during our normal business hours since we do it manually.
  • **Please DO NOT wait until Auction Day to register for an account because you may not be activated!
  • Again your totes will NOT be returned to you.
  • We do have items that are available for purchase in our store front. Please come in and check them out.
