The February 2nd auction is officially up and running. Bidding is live!

February's auction has already started out to be promising. We have been up and running and people are already in fierce bidding wars over the unique lots of furniture that we have. This auction is unique because many of the furniture pieces are coming in sets versus having to hunt for a matching piece. Below are a few highlights from the auction. FAQ's

Many people call or email us daily and ask what are fees are or how we operate. Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions:

• Buyers Premium- percentage that is added to the winning bid. It is charged by the auction house to cover administrative expenses. 10% cash or 15% credit card

• Storage fees $5 per lot per day. Fees begin after items are not remove from facility by auction week Saturday at 4 pm. Yes we do charge fees for Sunday.

• $5 per lot entry fee. 

• Fee Schedule:
  $1-$600...............25%
  $601-$1500.........15%
  $1501-$8000.........9%
  $8001 and above...8%

• Cleaning bucket is $5 if you come in and decide to clean your items in our warehouse while you are dropping off.

• If your item does not sell, you will be contacted to return to our auction house and pick up your item.

• RepoMax will provide complete accounting and settlement checks 14 business days after the auction.

• Sorry, all of our bidding must be done online. We do not allow any bidders to physically be here to place bids.

• We activate all of our bidders manually. Once you have submitted your initial request we are notified that you are trying to register. We then send you an email with our terms and conditions that you must reply to and verify that you understand them. Once we receive your email reply we will send you an activation email back with your bidder number. This is a 1-time process but obviously must be done during our normal business hours since we do it manually.

• **Please DO NOT wait until Auction Day to register for an account because you may not be activated!

• Again your totes will NOT be returned to you.

• We do have items that are available for purchase in our store front. Please come in and check them out.

Today is auction pick up day from 9:30 am until 5:30 pm!

The new auction for February 2, 2015 is underway. The descriptions are currently posted online but pictures are being loaded some time between today and tomorrow. This auction has tons of furniture! Make sure you come in to check out all of the 350+ lots that are available.

If you are thinking about dropping off items please note that we are actively lotting items for our February 16th auction. Auctions are first come, first serve. Totes will NO LONGER BE RETURNED. Stop by the office to pick up a consignment agreement or download it from our website. All fees are outlined in the contract and the fee schedule is in the right hand corner of the agreement.

Quiznos Auction

Tonight at 9 pm, the online auction for the Quiznos Restaurant Liquidation ends. All items must be picked up Thursday, 2-12-15 from 10am-6pm and Friday, 2-13-15 from 10am-6pm. Any items not removed during the time will be subject to storage fees and penalties. NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyers are responsible for all removal of items, there will be no tools provided on site. There are specific items requiring insurance policies for removal of property, please contact RepoMax Inc. in regards to those policies.

Today is the beginning of auction pick up week!
We are open for pick ups Tuesday-Friday from 9:30 am until 5:30 pm and Saturday from 10 am until 4 pm. All items must be picked up by Saturday or incur storage fees of $5 per lot per day.
